In the world of hospitality since 2003, Sara began her career as a bartender in one of the most fashionable venues on the Riviera delle Palme.
Since 2014, she has been the Sommelier at Attico sul Mare in Grottammare, which she owns together with her brother Simone.
Before becoming a sommelier, she was actually a teetotaler!
Today, she is regarded as one of the most prominent women in wine in Italy.Oggi è considerata tra le migliori donne del vino in Italia.
Over the years, driven by her boundless passion for travel, she has visited major wine regions across Italy, France, and around the world — actively participating in tastings and continuously updating her knowledge on new winemaking techniques, while also deepening her understanding of how climate change affects vineyards.

They can also taste a single glass via Coravin, then take home the unopened bottle to enjoy over the following weeks, without any loss in quality.
